1. Cardiogenic edema: In the case of cardiac dysfunction, edema may occur in some parts of the body, such as edema of the limbs, which will be depressed when pressed. It requires cardiac color ultrasound and cardiac MRI examinations, and then drug treatment.

2. Hepatic edema: Hepatic edema is a liver disease that may cause ankle edema. As the disease worsens, there will be loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting. It needs to be improved through water, electrolyte and acid-base balance in time, and it also needs to be coordinated with anti-shock and amino acid imbalance treatment. If necessary, blood transfusion therapy can also be chosen.

3. Renal edema: There is indentation when pressing the calf muscles. This may be caused by decreased glomerular filtration or a large amount of proteinuria in the body, which causes water and sodium retention and causes edema. It needs to be treated with diuretics, blood pressure control drugs, and liver protection drugs.

During the treatment period, you should mainly eat light food, such as milk, eggs, millet porridge, and vegetable porridge. Do not eat irritating food to avoid affecting the therapeutic effect.
