Why does putting your hands in warm water cause bed wetting?

In life, many people have done an interesting experiment. When they put their hands in warm water while sleeping, they wet the bed. In fact, this is a normal phenomenon and you don’t have to worry about it, because this situation is a person’s subconscious mind. Because the brain is still thinking and turning while people are asleep, the sensory cells will transmit signals to the brain, causing it to do so. What is the cause of long-term bedwetting in adults?

Causes of bedwetting in adults

1. Sleep factors

Many friends believe that enuresis is caused by deep sleep. In fact, enuresis has little to do with the depth of sleep. Enuresis can also occur during deep sleep. First of all, the impaired arousal function is the most important cause of enuresis. However, incomplete bladder filling and contraction perception function or excessive fatigue can cause deep sleep, thus causing arousal disorders. Secondly, if the sleep cycle of the enuresis patient is disturbed, or if the patient is often woken up to urinate, bedwetting will occur.

2. Mental factors

Adult enuresis can cause patients to experience psychological, mental and behavioral abnormalities, which are one of the main reasons why patients are difficult to cure. Most patients are afraid of enuresis, but because they have this mentality for a long time, they are affected by it and will remind themselves to urinate during sleep. However, this will cause the frontal lobe urinary tract center of the brain to become overexcited, which will reduce the bladder capacity of the patient and cause bed-wetting.

These are some of the reasons why adults wet the bed. In addition, if the patient has urinary system diseases such as foreskin being too long or urethral stenosis, or suffers from long-term constipation and diarrhea, it may cause gastrointestinal diseases. In addition, allergic reactions caused by food and intestinal parasites may cause bedwetting.

Bedwetting in adults is a symptom of sub-health. Generally, bedwetting is a common behavioral habit of children. If adults urinate unconsciously when sleeping at night, it may be caused by excessive fatigue and tiredness from work and life during the day. Sometimes it is more likely to happen when the weather is bad or cloudy. It may also be a disease of the urinary system. Although adults are older than children, don't be too shy or anxious if you still wet the bed. Adjust your mentality, don't be too stressed, and eat more foods that nourish the kidneys and brain.
