Cover and seal, 3 days in summer and 7 days in winter.

The first thing to do when you have ankle and wrist pain is to find out the cause in a timely manner. You can have an electrocardiogram, cardiac B-ultrasound, liver function, urine routine, thyroid function and other tests. If there is no obvious pathological or organic cause, it can be considered as idiopathic edema. For edema, treatment can be achieved by limiting salt intake and getting adequate rest. A good mood and cheerful emotions can play a certain role in the treatment of this disease. No more than 5g of salt per day; reducing the amount of water intake appropriately; and trying to have a period of lying down and resting at noon, etc., can also help the recovery of edema.

Simple treatments for sore wrists and ankles:

1. Rest your hand: Protecting your wrist from further damage is often the first step in healing.

2. Use a splint: Try to keep your hand and wrist straight, and don't bend them up or down. If the situation is serious, the doctor will ask you to wear a splint to immobilize your injured wrist to avoid further damage to it.

3. Cold compress: Applying an ice pack to the painful area can help. Apply mineral oil to the area of ​​your skin where you will place the ice pack. Place a damp towel on top of the oil and place the ice pack on top of the towel. To achieve the desired isolation effect, cover the ice pack with a towel. Apply the cold compress for 10-20 minutes at a time, and check your skin every 5-10 minutes. If you notice your skin turning white or purple, remove the ice pack immediately to avoid frostbite on your wrist.
