What's wrong with the blue eyes

Many people in life have symptoms of blue eyes. In the eyes of most people, blue eyes are only caused by lack of rest or stress, but the fact is not that simple. Clinically, many diseases have blue eyes as early symptoms, so it is very important to correctly understand this symptom and be able to give corresponding coping methods. So what is the cause of blue eyes? Let’s take a look together below.

1. Dark circles are caused by staying up late , emotional instability, eye fatigue, aging, slow blood flow in the veins, insufficient oxygen supply to the red blood cells in the eye skin, excessive accumulation of carbon dioxide and metabolic waste in the veins, resulting in chronic hypoxia, darker blood and stagnation, and eye pigmentation.

2. According to a report by a French doctor in Loon in 1992 , the causes of dark circles include the following:

(i) Increased eyelid pigmentation due to congenital or acquired factors;

(ii) Eyelids become loose due to aging, and the skin becomes wrinkled, causing the skin tone to darken;

(iii) Eye bags appear and cause shadows;

(iv) The inner and lower sides of the eye sockets are sunken to form the tear groove (naso-jugal groove) and thus form a shadow;

(V) Stagnation of blood flow in the eyelid veins causes the skin and eyes to darken. This is actually the key point

Summary: Dark circles are caused by staying up late, emotional instability, eye fatigue and aging, which lead to slow blood flow in the veins, insufficient oxygen supply to the red blood cells in the eye skin, excessive accumulation of carbon dioxide and metabolic waste in the veins, causing chronic hypoxia, darker blood and stagnation, and causing eye pigmentation.

3. Dark circles actually come in two colors . One is cyan dark circles, which are caused by venous blood retention in the microvessels; the other is brown dark circles, which are caused by incomplete melanin production and metabolism. The causes of the two dark circles are completely different. Dark circles under the eyes usually occur around the age of 20 and are especially difficult to avoid for people with irregular lifestyles. This is because the blood flow in their microvessels is slow, the blood volume increases and the oxygen consumption increases, resulting in a significant increase in hypoxic hemoglobin. From the outside, the skin appears dark blue. Because there are more microvessels around the eyes, factors such as lack of sleep, eye fatigue, stress, and anemia can cause congestion and swelling of the skin around the eyes. The cause of dark circles under the eyes is closely related to aging. Long-term sun exposure causes pigmentation to settle around the eyes, which will form lingering dark circles over time. In addition, the slow metabolism of melanin caused by blood stasis and excessive dryness of the skin can also lead to the formation of dark circles under the eyes.

4. The formation of dark circles is related to the following factors : genetic constitution and physiological structure. When the skin around the eye sockets is particularly thin and the subcutaneous tissue is particularly scarce, when blood flows through the large veins here, a blue-black halo will appear very close to the surface of the skin, which is called a dark circle. Lack of sleep and excessive fatigue prevent the eyelids from getting rest and keep them in a tense and contracted state. The blood flow to this area increases for a long time, causing the blood vessels in the subcutaneous tissue around the eyes to become filled, which leads to congestion of the eye circles and leaves dark shadows. Kidney deficiency causes the eyes to lack the nourishment of essence and qi, causing the black color to float on the upper part, thus dark eye circles. People who have been ill for a long time or have just recovered from a serious illness are prone to pigmentation due to the weak subcutaneous tissue around the eyes, and the pigmentation is easily revealed on the upper and lower eyelids, resulting in a layer of dark circles. Women with irregular menstruation, functional uterine bleeding, primary dysmenorrhea, early or late menstruation, too long menstruation, too much menstruation, late pregnancy, old age, etc. will also have dark circles gradually deepening. Other factors include genetics, excessive use of cosmetics that causes the penetration of pigment particles, and excessive sexual intercourse, etc., which will all lead to the formation of dark circles.

5. After dark circles form, you should seek medical advice to find out the cause and seek timely treatment. You should stay in a good mood and reduce your mental burden.

, live a regular life, control smoking and drinking, ensure adequate sleep, promote vigorous qi and blood, and make your face radiant; strengthen eye massage, improve local blood circulation, and reduce blood stasis; maintain the nutritional supply of the eye skin, apply eye cream containing oil and sufficient moisture to make the eye skin and subcutaneous tissue full of vitality; pay attention to absorbing nutrition from the diet, eat more lean meat, eggs, soy products, peanuts, soybeans, sesame seeds, fresh vegetables and fruits, etc., foods rich in fat, protein, amino acids, vitamin A and minerals.

6. After dark circles form , you can cut potato slices into slices and apply them to your eyes for about 4 to 5 minutes at home; or you can use gauze dipped in tea leaves and rub it around the eye circles to reduce dark circles. You can also go to a beauty salon for special treatments.

7 In daily life , if you can pay good attention to health preservation, maintain a moderate balance between work and rest, not stay up late and ensure adequate sleep, you can delay the formation of eye bags. Apply vitamin E capsules to the skin around the eyes

1. If you apply and massage the skin under your eyes with the viscous liquid in the vitamin E capsule before going to bed every night for 4 weeks, it can achieve good results in eliminating bags under the eyes and reducing aging. Cucumber slices eye compress

2. Stick figs or cucumber slices on the skin under your eyes before going to bed. If you persist, you will get the cosmetic effect of reducing the bags under your eyes. You can also make tea by soaking papaya and mint in hot water, and apply it frequently to the skin under the eyes after it cools.

3. Use some cream or oil on your face, and tap your facial area upwards with your fingers, paying special attention to tapping the soft skin around the eyes. You should avoid pulling the lower eyelid at will or stretching it outward excessively.

4. Chew foods such as carrots and celery or chew gum frequently in your daily diet. In daily life, you should pay attention to eating some colloids, high-quality protein, animal liver, tomatoes, potatoes and other foods regularly, and pay attention to dietary balance. This can provide the necessary nutrients for the regeneration of tissue cells in this area, and it is also beneficial for eliminating bags under the eyes.

5. To treat bags under the eyes, some people abroad often use chamomile, high-quality black tea or rose seeds, as well as heated castor oil or olive oil, and apply wet compresses to the bags under the eyes for 15 minutes to several hours a day. These substances can help solve the problem of bags under the eyes.
