What to do if the skin is full of worms

What to do if the skin is full of worms

Mites are microscopic pests that live on our skin and are invisible to the naked eye. It has many impacts on our physical health. When mites parasitize on the surface of the skin, redness, swelling, acne, allergies, peeling and other phenomena will appear on the skin surface. When it is serious, it can also cause patients to suffer from asthma, nephritis, pulmonary mite disease and urinary mite disease and other diseases.

The first step is to cleanse your face scientifically.

Washing your face scientifically is an important step. Washing your face is not simply about rinsing it with tap water. Instead, you should follow a scientific method: first wet your face with warm water and use a mild facial cleanser with good cleansing ability; then use your fingertips to lightly draw circles from bottom to top to stimulate the skin to remove impurities and excess oil on the surface; after rinsing with warm water, gently pat your face with a soft towel to absorb excess water. Wash twice a day, morning and evening. If it is windy and sandy, wash it immediately after returning home to prevent dust from penetrating into the pores.

The second step is to use effective mite removal products.

Some skin care products on the market are very targeted in removing mites. Considering that ingredients such as antibiotics have side effects on the skin, you can choose some mild and non-irritating skin care products, such as Sophora flavescens anti-mite cream.

The third step is to eat a balanced diet.

In addition to using mite removal products, you should also pay more attention to your daily diet to enhance skin resistance. Eating too much fat or oil-rich food will increase the secretion of sebum and aggravate the growth of mites; sugary foods, spicy foods, and irritating foods such as chocolate, coffee, cigarettes, and alcohol are all very unfavorable for the treatment of mites. Therefore, as the staple food, you can eat more coarse grains such as brown rice and corn; as the side dishes, you should choose more vegetables, fruits, soy products, and some seafood such as seaweed and kelp. It is better to use light food when cooking.

How to prevent mites

Ventilate frequently

Dust mites like humid, high temperature, cotton and linen fabrics and dusty environments. The temperature of 20-25℃ and relative humidity of 65%-80% are very suitable for the development and reproduction of dust mites. Therefore, dryness and frequent ventilation are the best weapons to eliminate them. In order to completely prevent and control the harm of mites in the home, you must open the doors and windows frequently to ensure ventilation and light transmission. Especially when using air conditioning, you should pay more attention to indoor ventilation and air exchange.

"Wet operation" cleaning method

The mites hidden in the beds and sofas and their excrement may fly into the air when the room is cleaned, and then be inhaled into the bronchi, which can easily cause obvious allergic symptoms. When cleaning, be sure to use a wet rag or a special mite-removing rag, develop the habit of "wet work", and be sure to avoid raising dust to reduce the chance of mites being dispersed through the air.

Don’t store too much food

Mites are also very partial to food: biscuits, milk powder and other foods are the breeding grounds of powdered sugar mites; and foods with high sugar content such as white sugar, flake sugar, maltose, syrup, etc. are the favorites of sweet mites. If they are accidentally allowed to enter the body, they will become a hidden danger for people to become ill. Therefore, do not store too much food at home and do not store it for too long. The bottle caps of medicines containing syrup ingredients, such as sugar, maltose and syrup, should be tightened after taking.

Keep away from pets and fertilizers

Growing flowers and plants at home is a good lifestyle, but it is best not to use fertilizers for flowers, because there are many mites and fungi in fertilizers. You can also apply fertilizers on the roots of flowers and plants, which will not only provide more nutrients to the flowers and plants, but also reduce the growth rate of mites. In addition, the bodies of pets can sometimes become a living environment for mites. If you have pets at home, you must remember to bathe and disinfect them regularly.
