However, the honey and white vinegar weight loss method requires that you drink it 20 minutes before breakfast, which means you have to drink it on an empty stomach. However, vinegar is very harmful to the stomach and intestines. No matter how strong your stomach and intestines are, you should not drink vinegar on an empty stomach to avoid stimulating the secretion of too much stomach acid and damaging our stomach wall. Drinking vinegar between meals or one hour after a meal can reduce irritation to the stomach and intestines and help digestion. However, if you use the honey and white vinegar weight loss method for a long time, it will also stimulate excessive stomach acid, the stomach wall will become thinner and thinner, and eventually even cause diseases such as gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers.
