The difference between tendon bag and lymph node

Muscle bag is a symptom caused by collision and other factors on the skin and tendons. It has a relatively small impact on the body, but the pain is very strong and lasts for a long time. There is also a muscle bag that has no feeling and feels like lumps like lymph nodes. Let’s take a look at the differences between muscle bags and lymph nodes. I hope everyone can understand this explanation.

Lymph nodes:

Generally speaking, lymph nodes are single masses that are usually small in size, about the size of soybeans, and oval in shape. Located subcutaneously, without adhesion to surrounding tissues, smooth, movable, and non-tender.

Lymph nodes are organs unique to mammals. The superficial lymph nodes of normal people are very small, with a diameter of less than 0.5 cm. The surface is smooth and soft, with no adhesion to the surrounding tissues and no tenderness. When bacteria enter the body through an injury, lymphocytes produce lymphokines and antibodies to effectively kill the bacteria. The result is reactive proliferation of lymphocytes and tissue cells in the lymph nodes, causing lymph node enlargement, which is called reactive lymph node hyperplasia. Other factors that can cause reactive lymph node hyperplasia include viruses, certain chemicals, toxic metabolic products, denatured tissue components, and foreign matter. Therefore, swollen lymph nodes are the beacon tower of the human body and an alarm device.

Muscle bag:

The various organs of the human body are very amazing and will react to various environments and stimuli. Due to the structural characteristics of the human body's tendons, this tissue is prone to hyperplasia. For example, the collision of gravity and prolonged compression of the protruding tendons at the wrist due to labor and other reasons can cause the tendons to harden, swell and ache into lumps, etc. This is tendon tissue hyperplasia. This can be addressed through physical therapy, or by seeing a doctor. Therefore, protecting tendons is very important to the human body.

After the human body is hit by a heavy object but no symptoms such as bleeding occur, when the impacted part recovers, a round or oval muscle bag with a diameter of 0.3-1cm and the ability to move in a small range may appear. If you press hard, there will be a slight elasticity, and the most common places for it to occur are the front of the calf, the knees, and the joints.
