Prepared Polygonum multiflorum contains anthraquinones such as rhein, rhein, chrysophanol, aloe-emodin, etc., which can promote intestinal peristalsis, reduce cholesterol absorption, and accelerate cholesterol excretion, thereby lowering blood lipids and resisting atherosclerosis.

Ginkgo biloba: It can lower serum cholesterol and dilate coronary arteries. It has a certain effect on the treatment of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease. It can also be combined with Chuanxiong, safflower, etc., with a daily dosage of 5 to 10 grams being appropriate.

Alisma: Take 5-10g of Alisma, add appropriate amount of water, decoct in water and take in 2-3 times. It has the effects of promoting diuresis and eliminating dampness, relieving heat, resolving turbidity and lowering fat. It is used for difficulty in urination, edema, diarrhea, oliguria, dizziness caused by phlegm and fluid, painful and astringent stranguria caused by heat, hyperlipidemia, etc.

Lotus leaf tea: Take 5-10 grams of lotus leaves, boil them in water and drink them as tea. You can drink them multiple times. It has the effect of lowering fat and losing weight.

Panax notoginseng: Take 5g of Panax notoginseng slices and brew it with boiling water and drink it repeatedly. It has the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and relieving pain. It is mainly used to lower cholesterol and can prevent and treat coronary artery sclerosis, angina pectoris, etc.
