6. Yangbai point. Located just above the pupil, one inch above the brow bone. Press Yangbai to clear the head and eyes and relieve headaches.

7. Shenting point. Long pressing on the slightly concave area 0.5 inches above the center of the hairline can regulate the nervous system and relieve headaches.

8. You must relax your mind at ordinary times and massage the above-mentioned acupoints more often, and the annoying headaches will be greatly relieved.
