6. Carefully observe for systemic symptoms and the type of rash.

7. Try to avoid using large doses of topical corticosteroids for a long time or in a short period of time.

3. Avoid alcohol, spicy and irritating foods, and avoid foods that are easy to cause allergies and difficult to digest, such as fish and shrimp. Pay attention to the relationship between diet and the onset of the disease.

4. Combine work and rest, and avoid excessive fatigue and mental stress. Long-term irregular eating and rest habits (especially long-term sub-health status) will cause disorders in various functions of the body, which will easily cause allergic reactions to certain substances and require adjustment.
