Five symptoms of heat toxins in the body

Five symptoms of heat toxins in the body

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the six internal and external evils are the causes of disease, namely wind, cold, heat, dampness, dryness and fire. These six causes can lead to most diseases, among which fire is the manifestation of heat toxins. We know that things will become burnt and hardened when they encounter fire, and the same is true for our human body. When heat toxins invade, we will have dry mouth, constipation, irritability, thirst and other phenomena. So what are the symptoms when there is heat and toxins in the body? How can we improve it?

1. Impaired liver function

The reason why heat toxins cannot be discharged from the body is mainly because heat syndrome causes damage to the liver function, resulting in serious damage to the body's detoxification function, which in turn causes the heat toxins in the body to not be discharged in time, causing harm to the body. The body's own microcirculation is also destroyed, leading to the appearance of symptoms such as eczema. Moreover, if the heat and toxins are not eliminated, the symptoms of eczema will be difficult to cure because the cause of the disease has not been eradicated.

2. It is very easy to cause the symptoms of eczema

Because heat toxins cause the destruction of the body's microcirculation and the accumulation of toxins in the body, the toxins cannot be discharged through the liver and other organs, and the pores are blocked. Once you eat some allergenic foods, it may cause eczema, and it is more difficult to treat eczema. Because the heat syndrome is not eliminated and the cause of the disease cannot be eradicated, the eczema condition is difficult to improve.

3. Chest and abdominal distension and fever

The biggest difference between eczema caused by heat syndrome and ordinary eczema is fever. This is because heat syndrome is caused by the accumulation of heat toxins in the body. Because the microcirculation is destroyed and the pores are blocked, the heat toxins in the body cannot be discharged in time, so the heat in the body continues to increase, leading to the symptoms of fever and chest tightness.

4. Constipation and less urine

Heat toxins can cause kidney dysfunction, so the body's detoxification kinetics cannot be as smooth as usual, so the stool is not so easy to excrete, and the urine is relatively less. Of course, if this symptom is not treated and adjusted in time, it will cause a vicious circle, because the toxins cannot be excreted, so the bowel movement is not smooth, but the stool is the channel for the toxins to go out. Over time, this will inevitably lead to more and more toxins in the body, and the symptoms will become more and more obvious.

5. Sore throat, thirst, and preference for cold drinks

Because there is too much heat and toxins in the body, the body is in a state of fever, and the esophagus and respiratory tract will be affected, leading to symptoms such as sore throat. Because there is too much heat in the body, it often leads to thirst and other symptoms, and people prefer cold drinks to cool down.

However, the editor here suggests that eating cold drinks and so on can only reduce the temperature temporarily. If you really want to cool down, you still have to expel the toxins in your body.

6. Red tongue and yellow fur

The tongue is the energy indicator light in the body. If your body produces "fire", your tongue will turn red and even your lips will change color. The greater the fire in your body, the redder the tongue will be, and the tongue coating will also turn yellow. This is also one of the important bases for doctors' diagnosis.

Heat toxins can easily cause physical discomfort. The whole body will be in a state of fever for a long time and it is not easy to recover. Therefore, it is recommended that when these symptoms appear, it is best to seek medical attention in time to avoid causing greater damage.
