What to do if your hands are naturally rough, dry and have deep lines on your palms

Some people's hands are naturally rough, easily dry, and have deep palm lines. Generally speaking, this is a common symptom. Of course, it may also be related to disease. When this happens, you must emphasize the treatment. You can promote the conditioning of your hands through certain care and beauty methods, such as using more high-fat soap to wash your hands, applying hand cream frequently, and exfoliating.

1. Use high-fat soap to wash your hands

Try to use high-fat soap or oily facial cleanser to wash your hands. Dry them immediately with a towel and apply hand cream.

2. Apply hand cream frequently

The essential equipment to protect your hands in winter is hand cream, and the method of applying hand cream is very simple. Apply a soybean-sized amount evenly on your hands, then rub your palms together to warm them up, and use your thumbs to perform spiral massage on the back of your hands. Then use the thumb and index finger of your right hand to perform stretching massage on each finger of your left hand, from the base to between the fingers. Remember that hand cream should not only be applied to fingers, but also to detailed areas such as fingertips, between fingers, and wrists. After washing your hands every time, dry your hands thoroughly and then apply hand cream. You can put hand cream in your office, kitchen, bathroom and other places at home, and apply it immediately after washing your hands.

3. Exfoliate

In addition to regular hand cleaning, you should also exfoliate your hands, and it is best to do this once a month. Choose a protein-containing scrub mixed with hand care lotion, apply it evenly on the skin of your hands and massage. It can not only remove dead skin, but also promote the metabolism of hand cells.

4. Tapping promotes blood circulation

Typing, playing the piano or tapping your fingers on the table can help promote blood circulation in your hands. The same method also applies to the treatment of frostbite.

5. Skin needs acidic protection

Dry your hands once a day and then dip them in vinegar to form an acidic protective film on the skin surface, which is very protective for your hands.

6. Scrub

If your hands are rough and dry, you can soak them in warm water first, and then gently massage the fingers of both hands with scrub. After ten minutes, you will be surprised to find that your hands have become unexpectedly delicate and smooth.

7. Hand massage

Doing hand exercises regularly can eliminate excess fat in the hands, accelerate blood circulation and prevent frostbite. It is recommended that you massage when applying hand cream to help the skin absorb nutrients. When massaging, start from the fingertips and move in a spiral downward to the base of the fingers, with gentle movements. Massage for a few minutes each time, several times a day.

8. Wear gloves

How to care for women's hands: In order to keep their hands healthy and smooth, it is best to wear gloves with rubber outer layer and cotton inner layer when doing housework and other labor to protect hands from external wear and tear, and keep warm and prevent cold. You should also wear a pair of warm gloves before going out in winter to prevent your hands from being eroded by the cold wind and causing dryness or frostbite.
