The common clinical diagnoses are: restless leg syndrome, spinal stenosis, traumatic arthritis, etc. In some cases, symptoms only include pain and discomfort in the foot and ankle, numbness and swelling in the sole, pain in the calcaneal, hallux tarso, and metatarsophalangeal joints, etc. The above symptoms are more severe at the beginning of the activity. After the activity begins, the symptoms are slightly relieved, and then worsen again after fatigue.
