First of all, whether you get a headache after sleeping for a long time depends on the quality of your sleep. If you are in a deep and comfortable sleep throughout the whole sleep process, you will be more energetic when you wake up normally, and you will not stay in bed, so the possibility of a headache will be relatively small. And reasonable sleep depends on two points: going to bed early and getting up early. If you go to bed early, it is recommended to fall asleep before 11:30 pm. Don’t stay in bed late: People often use the power of alarm clocks to get up early. In winter, you will feel very refreshed if you can get up before 7 o’clock. Scalp massage, press the temple with your thumb, then gently massage the scalp with four fingers, let yourself relax and it will be very comfortable (don't be so comfortable that you go to sleep again)
