How to fall asleep quickly when the dormitory is too noisy

I believe that everyone will face a problem after entering university life: collective life. Everyone in a dormitory has different living habits, especially when you are tired and want to rest at night, and everyone's biological clock in the dormitory is also different, so sometimes the dormitory will be very noisy, resulting in a poor rest. You can’t just ask your roommates to stop making noise, so it is necessary to learn how to fall asleep quickly when the dormitory is too noisy.

1. State your request directly

The greater the differences, the more they need to communicate. Only by communicating and expressing one's feelings can both parties understand each other better. Of course, this is a theoretical suggestion. However, if the dormitory is noisy, speaking out directly can buy a short period of silence.

2. Talk once at the right opportunity

Sometimes, speaking directly can easily lead to some minor conflicts. You can choose a time when everyone is relatively calm, sit down and talk, and understand each other. Don't back down easily.

3. Headphones

Headphones can reduce noisy sounds to a certain extent, especially high-fidelity headphones

However, if the noisy sound is the kind that can be clearly heard through more than a dozen walls, it is recommended to take off the headphones before going out, otherwise it will cause terrible damage to your ears.

4. Leave the dormitory to do other things

If you really can't change this environment, try to leave. The dormitory is not everything to us. Even if you go out to read a book, surf the Internet, or chat with friends, it is more meaningful than hurting your ears.

5. Change dormitory

This is often a bad idea, especially in college, where separation from a small group may mean forever. If things are irreconcilable and the other party refuses to persuade you, then ask the teacher to change your dormitory.

6. Stay away

If you don't want to change dormitories and still want to maintain this seemingly nonexistent relationship, then leave early and come back late, and completely say goodbye to the other person's wakefulness.

7. Before going to bed, you can go out for some exercise (such as taking a walk on campus) to fatigue yourself physically, and then read some boring books (such as Marxism) to fatigue yourself mentally.
