Turn your body a little to the right to press down on your right fist. Use your right hand to push the thoracic vertebrae hard to the left. Keep pushing until you feel no pain in the thoracic spine. As long as it is pushed into place, the symptom of dull pain in the lower right side will disappear immediately. The pain in the thoracic spine usually heals on its own in four or five days. Generally speaking, it can be restored and cured within half an hour. It doesn't matter if you can't tell the difference between the Guan and thoracic vertebrae.

The reduction is quite painful because the dislocated thoracic vertebrae have been squeezing the nerves for a long time which is already very painful. Now the reduction requires further pressure on the nerves which have been squeezed for a long time and are already very painful.
