Get angry easily and can't control my temper

No one wants to lose temper, but some people cannot control their temper in life and always want to lose temper. In fact, if you often lose temper for no reason, it is best to go to the hospital for a check-up. If physical illness can be ruled out, it is best to see a psychologist and do some corresponding counseling with the doctor. Develop good living habits and sleeping habits, balance nutrition, and try to self-regulate.

Who is most likely to get angry?

1. Women with premenstrual syndrome. Women tend to be irritable and emotionally unstable during their menstrual period, which actually has physiological reasons. PMS occurs when estrogen and progesterone levels drop in the week before your period, and although its exact mechanism is not yet fully understood, it does affect your mood.

2. People with diabetes. Hypoglycemia refers to the fasting blood sugar concentration being lower than a certain limit. Both type 1 and type 2 diabetes patients will clinically experience a series of problems caused by too low blood sugar concentrations. Hypoglycemia can cause increased aggression, anger, confusion, restlessness, and panic within minutes.

3. People with insomnia. Lack of sleep can lead to nervous tension and anxiety. Taking a sleeping pill can relieve the symptoms of insomnia, but it may make you more irritable. Benzodiazepines, which treat insomnia and are sometimes prescribed to treat anxiety disorders, have a side effect that affects about 1% of people who take them, causing them to become angry, aggressive and irrational for no apparent reason.

4. People with hyperthyroidism. If you're always angry for no apparent reason, it could be due to an overactive thyroid. This endocrine disease is more common in women, with an incidence rate of about 1%. Hyperthyroidism occurs when the thyroid gland produces too much thyroid hormone. Thyroid hormones affect various vital signs related to the body's metabolic function, such as heart rate and body temperature; they also affect various physiological tissues, including the brain, causing patients to become irritable. Other symptoms include weight loss, tremors and sweating.

5. People with liver damage. In ancient medicine, the liver is related to emotions, and Chinese medicine practitioners often say that "anger hurts the liver." There are many diseases that affect the health of the liver, such as cirrhosis and hepatitis, which can eventually develop into HE. It can cause changes in a person's personality, such as bad temper, unfriendly behavior, and increased aggression. When the liver is damaged, these toxic substances will gradually accumulate in the blood and affect the emotional function of the brain.

6. People with depression. Depression is not only manifested by listlessness and sadness, but also by anger, anxiety and irritability.
