What are the signs before the fetus moves?

The due date is approaching, and the whole family will be prepared in all aspects, waiting for the baby to come. At the same time, the baby will also be prepared in the mother's belly, making all preparations for delivery. When the baby is about to be born, the mother's belly will feel pain. This may be a case of uterine contractions, which is a manifestation of fetal movement. In addition, there will be the following signs before the fetus moves.

What are the signs before the fetus moves?

1. Falling feeling

If you are a first-time mother, you will feel a noticeable falling sensation two weeks before delivery. That is the baby slowly entering the pelvis. At this time, mothers will feel that their breathing becomes smoother and their chest is no longer so blocked.

2. Regular uterine contractions

Mothers should understand that regular uterine contractions are not abdominal pain. Regular uterine contractions represent labor and the early stages of labor. If the intervals between contractions are getting shorter and shorter, then you should contact the prospective father in time and have your family go to the hospital to wait for delivery.

3. Rupture of amniotic fluid

Amniotic fluid can protect the baby from bacterial infection. When the amniotic fluid breaks, the baby will lose protection. Before the water breaks, there will generally be regular uterine contractions, but some mothers experience uterine contractions after the water breaks, in which case timely induced labor is needed.

4. Seeing red

Spotting is an obvious sign before delivery, which usually occurs 1 to 2 days before delivery. The secretions are mostly red or brown. If there is heavy bleeding, you must go to the hospital for examination in time.

Things to note after giving birth:

1. Do not eat whole eggs within a few hours after delivery. Although China has always had the habit of eating eggs to increase milk production, medical research shows that it is best for mothers not to eat the whole egg within a few hours after giving birth. Because during the delivery process, the mother consumes a lot of physical energy, sweats a lot, and lacks body fluids, her digestive ability will also decrease. If you eat eggs immediately after giving birth, they will be difficult to digest and will increase the burden on the gastrointestinal tract. Therefore, semi-liquid or liquid food should be eaten within a few hours after delivery.

2. Drink vegetable soup after delivery. Many mothers drink whole soup to stimulate lactation immediately after giving birth, which leads to blockage of the mammary ducts, aggravated breast pain, and is not conducive to milk production. If you encounter blockage, you can drink some Junaitong to relieve it.

3. You can drink light fish porridge within three days after delivery. It is best for the mother to eat liquid or semi-liquid food within three days after delivery. Notice! Avoid eating milk, soy milk, large amounts of sucrose and other gas-producing foods within one week after delivery.

4. You can sit in bed for a while 8 hours after delivery. If the delivery goes smoothly, you can get out of bed and go to the toilet 12 hours after delivery. You can move freely within 24 hours after delivery, but avoid standing, squatting or doing heavy work for long periods of time to prevent uterine prolapse.
