When pregnant women go to the hospital for prenatal check-ups, the examination items are different at different times. After each prenatal check-up, a prenatal check-up result will appear. There will be a lot of content on this result list. For the sake of simplicity and convenience, many examination results are replaced by letters, including fetal hc, which actually refers to the size of the fetal head circumference. The following introduces some common indicators of the fetus. What does hc refer to in the fetus? In the pregnancy ultrasound report, HC stands for head circumference The indicators that are often seen are as follows: 1.CS is the gestational sac. For women with regular menstruation, the gestational sac can be seen in the uterine cavity by B-ultrasound 35 days after the menstruation stops. The diameter of the gestational sac is about 2 cm at 1.5 months of pregnancy and about 5 cm at 2.5 months. It is normal for the gestational sac to be located at the fundus, front wall, back wall, upper part, or middle part of the uterus; it is normal for it to be round, oval, and clear in shape; if the gestational sac is irregular in shape, blurred, and located in the lower part, and the pregnant woman also has abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding, she may have a miscarriage. 2.CRL stands for head-to-hip distance, which indicates the longest axis measured parallel to the longitudinal axis of the fetus. It is mainly used to determine the gestational age of 7 to 12 weeks. 3.BPD is the biparietal diameter of the fetal head. 4.FL is the long diameter of the fetal femur. 5.GP is the placenta grading. Generally, the placenta is divided into grades 0, I, II, III, and sometimes grade III+. 6. AI is the amniotic fluid index. When doing B-ultrasound, the pregnant woman's navel is taken as the center and divided into four areas: upper, lower, left and right. The depth of amniotic fluid in the four areas is added together to get the amniotic fluid index. The normal value of the amniotic fluid index in late pregnancy is 8~18 cm. 7. S/D is the ratio of fetal umbilical artery systolic pressure to diastolic pressure, which is related to fetal blood supply. This ratio will be abnormal when the placenta functions poorly or the umbilical cord is abnormal. Under normal pregnancy conditions, as the gestational age increases, the fetal needs increase, S decreases, D increases, and the ratio decreases. When the pregnancy is close to full-term, S/D is less than 3. 8.LOA, ROA, LOP, ROP; LSA, RSA, this is a group of English abbreviations indicating fetal position. Represents whether the bone is on the left or right side of the pelvis, abbreviated as left (L) or right (R); It represents the names of bones, such as "occipital", or "O", for vertex presentation, "sacral", or "S", for breech presentation, "chin", or "M", for face presentation, and "shoulder", or "Sc", for shoulder presentation. |
