1. What causes weakness in the arms?

In addition, the nights are short in summer, so people need a daytime nap to eliminate fatigue and replenish energy. But the best nap time is about 1 hour, not too long.

4. Go to bed late and get up early: Summer is characterized by long days and short nights. People go to bed late and get up early, and their sleep time is relatively shortened, which is in line with the health-preserving principle of conforming to nature. The weather is too hot and it is not easy to fall asleep. You can go to bed about half an hour later than usual and get up at the usual time in the morning, or even about half an hour earlier. It will not affect your health. In summer, the bedtime should not exceed 12 o'clock at night, and adults should ensure 7 hours of high-quality sleep every day.

5. Pay attention to the indoor temperature and humidity: the generally comfortable temperature is 20-23℃, and the relative humidity is 50%-70% is best. Temperatures below 20℃ will make people feel cold, while temperatures above 23℃ will make people feel hot, which can make it difficult to fall asleep or even cause them to lift the covers. In addition, the dormitory should be well ventilated.

6. Pay attention to the selection of bedding: the pillow should not be too high. Using a cloth or cotton pillow in the hot summer will cause prickly heat on the head and neck. If the pillow is soaked with sweat and is not washed and dried in time, the sweat and moldy smell will make people dizzy. In summer, it is better to sleep on a straw mat finely woven from natural plants, or a bamboo mat made from China's unique porcelain bamboo and moso bamboo, or a cool pillow made of bamboo and other materials.
