What to do if the mouth is swollen

3. What to eat when the mouth is swollen

1. It is recommended to drink honey water, which is very effective in removing heat. Glucose water and bananas are also good choices. You can also eat more tortoise jelly, herbal tea (wild chrysanthemum, coptis chinensis, honeysuckle are all fine), carrots, grapefruit, cucumber and other cool and refreshing foods. Make sure to get enough sleep.

2. Drink more boiled water and eat more light food! Eat more fruits and vegetables, keep your mouth clean, eat more foods that moisturize the heart and lungs, such as yam, jujube, lotus seeds, lily, fungus, pear, carrot, sesame, etc.

3. The diet should be light and avoid eating spicy food. You can consider dietary therapy to reduce internal heat, boil pears with sugar water and eat the juice and flesh. You can also peel the fresh pear, split it open and remove the core, add appropriate amount of rock sugar, put it in a pot and steam it until soft and then you can eat it.
