Should I break the blisters on my feet?

Generally, your feet will get blisters if you walk in high heels for a long time. Wearing shoes that do not fit will also cause blisters on your feet. At this time, you should wait for the blisters to go away slowly. Never break the blisters, otherwise it will cause skin infection. You should always choose shoes of the right size, avoid wearing high heels too often, and eat a light diet. Eat some easily digestible food and more fruits containing vitamins.

Blisters are likely to form on the soles of your feet if you walk for a long time or wear ill-fitting shoes. Once blisters appear, walking will be painful and uncomfortable.

Of course, the way to prevent blisters is to wear suitable shoes and socks with finer weaves and fibers, or to apply tape in advance to areas prone to friction, etc. Recently, a spray liquid that can prevent blisters has become available on the market.

So, what should you do if blisters appear? What should we do if the blisters are sometimes mixed with blood? No matter which one you choose, you must squeeze out the water first.

The method is to use a sewing needle or a pin needle, sterilize it with flame first, then puncture the blister, and then press from above to squeeze out the water. Finally, use iodine to disinfect the skin and surrounding areas, and then apply a Band-Aid. After one night, if water accumulates in the blisters again, squeeze out the water in the same way. Some people also use sterilized silk thread to pass through the blister. The capillary phenomenon is used to allow the internal liquid to flow out continuously.

If you forcibly cut off the blistered skin, it will not only increase the pain but also make it more difficult to walk. Therefore, it is best not to touch it until you get home. This can also prevent bacterial infection in rabbits. After you return home, if the wound has dried, the outer layer of skin will naturally peel off. The most important thing is to keep it clean and disinfected constantly to avoid infection.
