However, if you feel that the fish bone is stuck very tightly in the throat, then do not use this method, otherwise it will only scratch your throat. 3. Coughing or vomiting This method is based on the opposite theory. If the fish bone cannot be put down, try to get it out. This method allows the fish bone stuck in the throat to be spit out by coughing loudly or vomiting. Although this method is the most uncomfortable, it is nothing compared to the fish bone that has been stuck in the throat. 4. Put a black plum or other sour food in your mouth Hold a black plum or other sour food in your mouth to stimulate the secretion of digestive juices in your digestive tract and throat. After a while, when you eat a mouthful of rice or steamed bun, the fish bone will be removed. 5. Use vitamin C, which is always available at home, to soften This is basically what you use when the first four methods don't work. Put 1 or 2 vitamin C tablets in your mouth, swallow them slowly without drinking water, and then wait for a while, and the fish bone will basically be gone.
