The harm of soldering to human body

People who engage in soldering work for a long time will suffer great harm to their bodies, especially their eyes. Although they will wear glasses to block the stimulation of light during the soldering process, the damage to the eyes through the lenses is also great. In mild cases, it will lead to decreased vision, and in severe cases, it may affect normal vision. Moreover, harmful gases are released during soldering, which can cause great harm to human organs.

Release of toxic gases: The solder commonly used in factories today has a low melting point and contains about 60% lead and 40% tin, so the solder itself is toxic. Most of the solder on the market is hollow and filled with rosin. Rosin itself is a chemical agent. When soldering, the rosin in the tin wire melts and evaporates to produce toxic gases, which are harmful to the human body.

Toxic heavy metals: Lead in solder is a toxic heavy metal that is very harmful to the human body. Even lead-free solder contains a certain amount of lead. The limit value for lead fume in GBZ2-2002 is very low and it is highly toxic.

Harmful to the body: Inhaled smoke can cause lung, liver, kidney and other functional failures, and can affect fertility, because soldering is accompanied by harmful gases and light, and harmful gases from combustion

Causes vision loss: The smoke produced during soldering contains chemicals and tin smoke, which is very harmful to the eyes. In the long run, it will cause vision loss and weaken the ability to distinguish colors.

Radiation to the human body: When we use an electric soldering iron to solder, a certain amount of radiation will be generated. This radiation has a certain impact on the human body, especially on embryonic development. It has a great impact. If you work in this industry for a long time, it may even lead to infertility.

Precautions

1. Do not engage in manual soldering work for a long time

2. Choose the right solder wire and flux to avoid secondary damage
