What fruits can reduce transaminase?

Transaminase is a catalyst-like enzyme that exists in common human tissues such as the eye, brain, liver, and kidney. It helps these tissues convert one enzyme into another. Transaminase is in a relatively balanced state in the human body. If it is too high, it means that the liver is damaged. But under normal circumstances, there is no need to worry too much if it is too high. You can lower it by eating some foods. Today I will introduce what fruits can lower transaminase.

1. Pear: It facilitates urination and defecation, eliminates wind, and stops restlessness, shortness of breath, and fever. It moistens the lungs and cools the heart, eliminates phlegm and reduces inflammation, and relieves sore and alcohol poisoning. It has the effect of reducing heat and treating constipation. It is cold in nature and sweet in taste. It has the effects of quenching thirst, promoting salivation, nourishing the heart and protecting the liver, and relieving inflammation and pain. Patients with high transaminase can eat more of it.

2. Apple: Apple contains more potassium, which can combine with excess sodium salt in the human body and excrete it out of the body. When the human body consumes too much sodium salt, eating apples can help balance electrolytes in the body. Elements such as phosphorus and iron contained in apples are easily absorbed by the intestinal wall and have the effects of nourishing the brain and blood, calming the mind and promoting sleep. Apples can sober you up, calm the liver, promote salivation and detoxify.

3. Hawthorn: Hawthorn flavonoids can significantly reduce the concentrations of serum total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (IDL-C) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) in experimental hyperlipidemia animals, and significantly increase the concentrations of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and apolipoprotein A (ApoA), but have little effect on triglycerides (TG). Hawthorn's lipid-lowering effect is achieved by inhibiting the synthesis of cholesterol in the liver and promoting the liver's uptake of plasma cholesterol. Hawthorn flavonoids can also reduce the risk of atherosclerosis (AS) and play a role in preventing the occurrence and development of AS. It contains flavonoids, vitamin C, carotene and other substances which can block and reduce the generation of free radicals. Patients with high hepatitis B aminotransferase will have free radicals in their bodies, so they can eat more hawthorn.

4 Plums: Plums can clear the liver and dispel heat, promote the production of body fluids and promote diuresis, regulate the middle, and treat symptoms such as consumptive disease, bone steaming, and ascites. However, eating too much will produce phlegm, increase dampness, and cause bloating and fever.

5. Red dates: Red dates are warm in nature, sweet in taste, and have the functions of tonifying the spleen and replenishing Qi, nourishing blood and calming the mind, producing body fluids, detoxifying drugs, and alleviating the properties of drugs. They are better for patients with high transaminase.

6 Watermelon: clears away heat and relieves summer heat, eliminates kidney inflammation, and helps restore liver function. Patients with high transaminase can eat more.
