As soon as people find out that they are nearsighted, they will go back to get glasses, because everything they see is blurry, which will affect their life and work. Some people will regularly replace their myopia glasses as their myopia degree increases. After changing to new glasses, things they see become smaller when wearing their myopic glasses, which makes people very uncomfortable, but they don’t know what is causing it. After wearing glasses for the first time, your eyes need a period of adaptation, which usually takes 3 to 7 days. When this happens, it is recommended that you adapt yourself to it, look into the distance more often, and have less contact with electronic products. You will be able to recover in 3 to 7 days. If you still cannot recover, then consider that there is a problem in the manufacturing process of the glasses or the degree is inaccurate during the eye test, then you need to have your eyes re-tested or replace the glasses. 1. Myopia glasses will make objects smaller. The higher the degree, the more obvious the reduction. The farther the lens is from the eyes, the more obvious the reduction. 2. There are two possibilities for seeing things clearly at a distance but blurry at close range. One is that the power is too high, which exceeds your ability to adjust when looking at close range, so the things are blurry. Second, you don’t wear glasses for a long time and your accommodation function decreases. When myopia of more than 300 degrees is not wearing glasses, you don't need to adjust when looking at far or near. If you don't use adjustment for a long time, the adjustment function will decrease. When you wear glasses to look at near and need to adjust, the adjustment cannot be in place, so the picture is blurry. 3. For people who need to do close work for a long time, the glasses they wear must not be too delicate. A corrected vision of 0.9-1.0 is sufficient. So you should go to an optician to measure the degree of your glasses to see if they match your prescription. If they are too large, you need to replace them. After the change, close vision is still blurry and cannot be adapted. You may need to wear glasses with a 150-degree reduction when doing close work. It is recommended to go to the hospital for a check-up to see if the glasses match the eyes. In fact, I have met many similar patients who had their eyes tested in the hospital and bought glasses according to prescriptions at other places. However, they do not know that due to the nature of the inspection equipment used by each optician, the values are different, and the quality of the glasses is also difficult to verify, which may result in the glasses not being suitable. Of course, patients who wear glasses for the first time or get new glasses will experience some discomfort, but they will generally adapt in about a week. |
