How to clean myopia glasses?

In daily life, we can see people wearing myopic glasses everywhere. The number of myopic people nowadays is really too large. People who often wear glasses know that this will bring a lot of inconvenience to life. For example, when working or exercising, glasses will have a great impact. There are many things you need to pay attention to when wearing glasses, such as making sure to wear glasses that suit you. If you don’t know how to clean myopic glasses correctly, let’s learn these methods below.

How to clean myopia glasses?

1. Myopia glasses (frame glasses) can be cleaned with tap water, detergent or hand sanitizer. The specific methods are as follows:

1. Wet the lenses under the tap, then add a little detergent or hand sanitizer to each lens, apply the detergent or hand sanitizer to the back of the lens with your fingers, and then rub the lenses evenly with your fingers to clean them.

2. After cleaning, place the lens flat under the faucet and let the water rinse off the detergent or hand soap on the lens.

3. Place the lens vertically and let the water flow wash away the water droplets on the lens;

4. Use a tissue to absorb the small water droplets remaining on the lens;

Note: Do not use glasses cloth, deerskin or other items to wipe the lenses during the entire process. After cleaning, use this method to clean the lens to protect it to the greatest extent.

2. Contact lenses cannot be washed with water:

1. Contact lenses require special care solution. Because the care solution has bactericidal and disinfecting functions and can maintain the original performance of the lens, while tap water and purified water not only have no bactericidal and disinfecting functions, but also cause deformation of the lens due to differences in osmotic pressure.

2. Tap water and purified water are not sterile. Bacteria and other pathogenic microorganisms may enter the lens and directly threaten eye health. For the health of your eyes, you must strictly use care solution to care for your contact lenses.

No matter how good the lens is, it will have scratches over time, it's just a matter of how many and how long. However, the most important thing for resin lenses is daily maintenance. First of all, the more diligent people are, especially those who wipe the lenses with lens cloth every day, the more scratches may be. So to clean the glasses, just drop a little detergent (used for washing dishes) on the lenses once or twice, then use your fingers to dry the lenses, then rinse them with clean water, and run them under the faucet again to ensure that there are no water droplets on the lenses. If there are any, use lens cloth or paper towel to absorb them (be careful not to wipe them), then wipe the frame dry.
