How to remove curry stains

Curry fried rice, curry rice bowl, and curry chicken are all foods we like to eat. These curry-related foods are very delicious and rich in nutritional value, so they are loved by many friends. But if we accidentally get curry on our clothes while eating, curry stains are difficult to remove. So today, let’s take a look at how to remove curry stains with the editor.

1. How to remove curry stains

1. The general method is to first moisten the curry stains on the clothes with clean water, then brush them with warm glycerin at 50 degrees Celsius, and then rinse them with clean water.

2. If it is a curry stain on white clothes, first brush it with a sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution (5% concentration), then wash it with a general detergent, and finally rinse it with clean water.

3. If the clothes are made of silk and wool, you can brush them with a dilute acetic acid solution (10% concentration); if the clothes are made of cotton and linen, you can brush them with an ammonia solution (10% concentration). Finally, be sure to rinse with clean water. Do not leave impurities in the above solution on the clothes, as they will corrode the fabric of the clothes.

2. How to remove curry stains from bed sheets

Generally speaking, detergent can be used at the beginning to have a good effect. It can emulsify large stains, which makes it basically easy to wash. If it still can't be done, you can use common organic solvents to wash, such as alcohol. Others such as acetone or dichloromethane are good solvents (very useful for washing things in scientific research), but they are not recommended because they may dissolve the sheets.

3. Removal of curry stains

1. Crush the vitamin C tablets and apply them to the areas with curry stains, then rub them and wash them off with clean water.

2. Or soak it in water with lemon juice, then try cleaning it with detergent.

3. Use bleaching soap to repeatedly scrub the area where the curry is located. It will turn red and will disappear after being exposed to the sun.
