First, what is causing the pain in the upper chest? Pleural diseases are often the main cause of chest pain, such as pleurisy, pneumothorax, lung infection, pulmonary infarction, lung tumors, esophageal diseases, mediastinal tumors, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, etc. The chest pain caused by these diseases is related to breathing and coughing.
