My chin is hard and swollen and painful. When I squeeze it, yellow fluid oozes out and it hurts.

The chin is the most common place for acne to appear, because problems such as excessive liver fire, stomach fire, and excessive oil secretion in the body can cause acne on the chin. When acne appears on the chin, you need to reduce internal heat or use other corresponding methods to treat it, otherwise it will leave acne marks that are difficult to eliminate. Therefore, when you find hard pimples on your chin, you should deal with them correctly to avoid causing damage to your chin. So how do you deal with a hard pimple on your chin that is swollen, painful, and oozes yellow fluid when squeezed?

1. Wash your hands first, then wet your entire face with hot water. If you are wearing makeup, you need to remove it in advance (thoroughly), then squeeze some facial cleanser on your hands. The type of facial cleanser is not important, as long as it can clean thoroughly. Then add a little hot water to the facial cleanser and rub it with your hands for a while to create rich foam.

2. Start cleaning your entire face. When cleaning, make sure to use your palms to make circles and clean the skin on your face step by step, especially the acne areas and the T-zone on your face. These oily areas need to be cleaned. If there are any, you can also use a scrub to clean them. After 2 minutes of cleansing, wash off the foam on your face with warm water.

3. After wiping off the moisture on your face, add a little moisturizing water and then you can start squeezing the pimples. To squeeze pimples, you need to use an acne needle. Be careful that there should be no signs of rust on the acne needle, as this can easily cause tetanus. We use iodine or alcohol to clean the entire acne needle to keep it clean.

4. Use the pointed end of the acne needle to gently prick the white dots in the middle of the pimples. Then when you see white stuff coming out, you can gently squeeze it with clean fingers or a cotton swab. It is best to use a thicker cotton swab so that you can apply gentler force when squeezing. Do not use brute force when squeezing pimples, as this can easily cause the contents of the pimple to flow back out.

5. When squeezing, if hard white stuff comes out, then the core of the pimple has come out, and it will be difficult for the pimple to recur. Generally, the reason why acne recurs is because there is a core in the acne that has not come out, causing repeated inflammation. After squeezing out all the waste blood in the pimple, we see that the pimple has become a little flatter. At this time, we use tea water (any tea will do) to repeatedly clean the pimple that has just been squeezed. Tea has an anti-inflammatory effect and you can also use tea to wash your face.

6. The last step is very important. In order to reduce the inflammation of acne and leave no acne marks, you need to use a piece of ginger slice and stick it on the acne you just squeezed. The ginger is the kind of ginger we usually eat. The thickness of the ginger slice should not be too thick to avoid it from sticking. It will take about 10 minutes to apply it.
