1. Excessive secretion of sebaceous glands

(2) Endocrine disorders are mainly caused by increased secretion of male hormones, which leads to increased secretion of sebaceous glands.

(4) Certain neurological diseases such as Parkinson's syndrome, especially in the progressive stage of the disease, the sebum secretion level can be twice as high as normal. Patients with arteriosclerosis and epilepsy also have increased sebum secretion.

(1) Diet adjustment

(2) Sleep regulation

Staying up late often not only causes endocrine disorders in women, but also accelerates skin aging. It is best for adults to sleep about 8 hours a day.

(3) Exercise conditioning
