Pores are clogged and small particles grow

When the pores are clogged, you will find that a lot of small particles grow on your skin. These small particles will tend to grow larger. If they gradually grow larger, it will affect the beauty of the facial skin and cause more serious skin diseases. Therefore, you must remove the small particles before they grow larger. You can then use internal and external methods to treat them. This comprehensive treatment effect is very good.

Keratosis follicularis, also known as Darier disease, is a chronic keratotic disease of the hair follicles with keratin plugs at the opening of the hair follicles. Multiple pinpoint-sized follicular keratotic papules are mainly distributed on the upper arms, lateral thighs and buttocks, and facial lesions are sometimes seen.

Keratosis pilaris is a hereditary disease with a high incidence rate that worsens during puberty. There is no particularly effective treatment yet. With the application of laser therapy in skin beauty, we have cured a large number of "hairy" patients using semiconductor lasers; at the same time, we found that the "small bumps" on the limbs of patients with keratosis pilaris also miraculously disappeared. This aroused our great interest.

Patients with mild keratosis pilaris usually need to apply moisturizing lotion containing fruit acid or exfoliating ingredients; patients with severe keratosis pilaris may be treated with creams or ointments containing urea, vitamin A acid or salicylic acid. However, drugs are not ideal for the treatment of keratosis pilaris and are not easy to cure.

Follicular keratinization is a term in Western medicine, while Chinese medicine often calls it "skin keratinization". It often appears as a symptom in a group of "Qi stagnation and blood stasis" syndromes, and most of them are comprehensive physical problems. If the treatment can be slowed down by promoting qi, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, complete treatment will take quite some time.

You can adjust your lifestyle, such as reducing the intake of animal fat and protein; eating more vegetables, fruits, and grains (eating fruit 20 minutes after meals every day can significantly improve symptoms, because fruit acid can promote digestion and absorption); drinking more water (to dilute and change blood concentration) and exercising more to promote blood circulation. Follicular keratosis pilaris is mainly due to excessive keratinization of hair follicles caused by a lack of retinoic acid. The treatment depends mainly on the severity of your symptoms. If the symptoms are relatively mild, you can start with only applying retinoic acid ointment (trade name: Divi Cream) externally.
