1. If you sleep in an east-west direction

2. If the head is facing north and south

4. It is best to face northwest

This "stand" actually means to make the direction of the qi meridians in the body consistent with the qi meridians in nature, so that the blood circulation will be unobstructed. We know that the terrain of our country is high in the west and low in the east. Following the mountains and water, the direction of air flow is from northwest to southeast. Therefore, when people sleep, their heads should face northwest and their feet should face southeast, which will align the body's qi and meridians with nature. The next best orientations are head to west and feet to east, or head to north and feet to south.
