Baldness Genes

Baldness Genes

Baldness is what we call baldness. The slight difference is that there is no age limit for the occurrence of baldness. Generally, young people are more likely to experience the initial symptoms of baldness. After this symptom occurs, the patient's hair will slowly fall off until the top of the head protrudes completely, causing great damage to the person's image. Baldness will leave a mark in the body's genetic genes, so, is baldness hereditary?

Male pattern baldness is related to genetic inheritance, but it is not entirely inherited from the father who is also bald.

The genetic gene that causes baldness is a dominant gene. As long as one of a pair of sex chromosomes carries this trait, baldness may occur. The manifestations of the baldness gene in its offspring are not the same. People with the baldness gene will not necessarily experience baldness.

Because in addition to genetic factors, there are many other factors at work. For example, hormone secretion, age, various mental stresses and other factors also play an important role in the formation of baldness. Therefore, even if the direct blood relatives of the elders in the family have severe baldness, their descendants may not all be bald. There are also records that baldness genes are not inherited. Generally speaking, hair loss is more common in men than in women, and more common in mental workers than in physical workers, and hair loss tends to run in families. Hair loss is related to the body's endocrine function (mainly male hormones), mental and neurological state, genetics, and certain drugs.

Premature baldness is a permanent hair loss. Some men begin to experience hair loss behind the hairline after development. Their hair then becomes greasy and shiny, and dandruff gradually increases. Sometimes their hair becomes dry and dull, and often itchy. The hair will fall off if they scratch it with their hands. In particular, chronic diffuse hair loss will occur on both sides of the temples. Over time, the hair will become thinner and thinner. If not actively treated, the top of the head will gradually become bald. People call it "baldness", and medically it is called male pattern baldness, also known as "fat alopecia."
