1. Stand somewhere, find a relatively far tree and a relatively close tree, then observe the close tree for a while, and then observe the distant tree for a while. This method can regulate the eye muscles and relax them. When observing, try to see as many details of the tree as possible.

2. Rub your palms together to warm them up, and cover your eyes with them repeatedly. This will also relax your eyes and is very comfortable. You can do this anytime and anywhere.

3. Sunbathing: When the weather is clear, close your eyes, face the sun, let the light pass through your eyelids and stimulate the eye cells. We nearsighted people are very sensitive to light, and will squint or sideways our eyes when we encounter strong light. Doing so can improve our eyes' ability to accept light.

4. At night, when there are stars in the sky, count them and use your eyes to find the stars, but don’t stare at one star for too long, as this will cause eye fatigue.

5. Sit or stand, look straight ahead first, then move your eyes up, down, left and right, stretching your eyeballs as far as they can in each direction, and stay in each direction for a few seconds. When we become nearsighted, we will find that our eyes become deformed. This method can adjust our eyes back to their normal shape and also help restore the focusing ability of the eyes.

6. Blink more often. Blinking can relieve eye fatigue. This should be done at any time. I just combine these methods and do them whenever I have time every day. Because I have quite a lot of free time, I spend a lot of time doing it every day. Maybe that’s why my eyesight has improved so quickly.

If you don’t have much time, you should take some time every day to do it. It may take a while, but there will definitely be changes. If you want to take off your glasses, then you should try not to wear them. Maybe most people, like me, have always had a wrong understanding that myopia will worsen if I don’t wear glasses. In fact, this is wrong. Our eyesight can only be restored if we don't wear glasses. So we should not wear them if it does not interfere with our normal work and study. At first, I was very uncomfortable without glasses. Everything in front of my eyes was blurry and I couldn’t see anything clearly. If I wanted to pick up something, I had to stick my head in. Although it looked a bit silly, I slowly got used to this blurry world over time. But as my eyes recovered, my world became clearer and clearer. I haven't worn glasses for more than a month. I don't wear them whether I'm at home, outside, playing computer games or watching TV. It doesn’t matter if you can’t see clearly, as long as it becomes clearer and clearer.

By the way, when we look at things without wearing glasses, we have a habit of squinting or staring in order to see things clearly. Everyone, please pay attention and do not do this. Once you find yourself squinting your eyes, stop immediately. What should you do if you can’t see clearly at this time? Just blink more. In order to restore our eyesight, the above methods are necessary, and it is also very important to relax. One is relaxation of the body and eyes, the other is relaxation of the mind. We have to believe that our eyes will get better and not be impatient.

Everyone's situation is different, so the recovery time is also different. Some may take a few months, while others may take more than a year. It doesn't matter. The key is to persist. Although the movements are simple, you must do them every day. I do it whenever I have free time every day, and these methods are combined with each other, and the practice time is also not fixed.
