Nutrition required for each layer of the skin

The nutrients required by each layer of the skin are different. The skin is usually composed of three layers: epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue.

1. Nutrition required for the epidermis: The epidermal tissue of the skin usually needs to extract vitamin C and protein, and other areas usually belong to an antioxidant component, which can lock the skin's moisture and delay skin aging and wrinkles. Protein is an essential nutrient in the body that can increase skin immunity and prevent the skin from bacterial infection or allergies.

2. Nutrition required by the dermis: The skin in the dermis usually needs collagen and collagen fibers. The collagen component usually supports the skin and nourishes the cells in the skin. The collagen fibers can increase the toughness of the skin, making the skin smooth, plump and elastic.

3. Nutrition required for subcutaneous tissue: Subcutaneous tissue is the loose connective tissue and fat tissue below the skin. It is usually the tissue connected to the skin and muscles. It usually needs to absorb a lot of sugar, minerals and a variety of trace elements.

In daily life, do not stay up late, maintain adequate sleep, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and high-quality protein foods, which can effectively replenish nutrients to the skin, delay skin aging, prevent wrinkles on the skin, and prevent bags under the eyes.
