When applied externally, honey can be added with pearl powder, eggs or lemon water, mixed together and applied to the skin surface. 1. Dip a sterilized cotton swab in honey and apply it directly on the acne. Usually people with drier skin keep the treatment for a little longer, about 30 minutes, while people with oily skin can keep the treatment for a shorter time, about 15 to 20 minutes.

2. Take another spoonful of honey and dissolve it in a bowl of warm water.

3. Gently pat the honey water on your face and slowly massage your face for about 2 to 3 minutes to allow the skin to absorb it.

4. Finally, wash your face with clean water again.

5. During external application, you can drink honey water. Mix honey with warm water and drink it about 3 times a day, 20 to 50 grams of honey each time.

Eat more white foods such as lotus root, lotus seeds, and white fungus. Honey has the effects of clearing heat, replenishing the middle, detoxifying, moisturizing and relieving pain. It can reduce the abnormal secretion of sebaceous glands and regulate endocrine, thereby improving the skin's metabolic function and restoring normal blood circulation in the skin. However, honey contains a lot of sugar and is not suitable for diabetic patients. Loquat honey and locust flower honey are the best for removing acne, and thorn flower honey and astragalus honey can also be used.
