The efficacy and function of using soap nuts to wash hair

Soapberry is a very familiar plant fruit. In autumn, soapberry is ripe. Many people choose to pick the soapberry and then make it into shampoo for washing hair. Shampoo made with soapberries is pure natural, does not contain any chemical ingredients, and has a good nourishing effect on healthy hair. Washing hair with soapberry water is a natural and healthy way to care for hair.

The efficacy and function of soapnut shampoo

Soapnut liquid does not add any flavors, pigments or chemicals and is a pure natural shampoo! Using pure natural plant shampoo can bring natural nutrition to your skin. Its effects include removing dandruff, blackening hair, preventing hair loss, promoting hair regeneration, clearing heat and activating blood circulation, removing dirt, removing oil, relieving itching, repelling mosquitoes, removing madness and swelling, refreshing the mind, etc. The main function is to help you improve damaged hair and scalp problems. If there is no problem with your hair, using soapnut liquid can also help to maintain your hair. You can see the effect after washing your hair twice a week for 15 days. There will be a light plant smell after washing your hair. Soapnut shampoo not only brings us happiness, but also contributes to environmental protection. It will not pollute water sources. The water used to irrigate plants is the best fertilizer, which has been proven by experiments!

Soapnut Shampoo Formula 1

1. Brush the soap nuts clean with a toothbrush and soak them in boiling water. Too dry soap nuts are not easy to swell and need to be soaked for 2 to 3 days to fully swell.

2. Pound the swollen soap beans. The more swollen they are, the easier it is to pound them. It is best to use a stone pestle to pound them.

3. Add 10 times the amount of water to the mashed soap nuts and heat it. The soap nuts water will easily bubble after boiling, so boil it on low heat before the water boils. Add some brown sugar (to help the beneficial microorganisms ferment after the soap nuts liquid is stored), stir, and boil for another 10 minutes. Turn off the heat when the soap nuts liquid is thicker.

4. Let it cool, filter and bottle (preferably in glass or porcelain bottles). Try to keep it in the refrigerator when the temperature is not low. The soapnut liquid boiled for the first time is thicker and more suitable for washing your hair.

Soapnut Shampoo Formula 2

1. Crush the main raw materials, such as sapodilla, oily fruit, and Polygonum multiflorum. If you have a small hammer at home, you can use it to break it, then rinse it with clean water, and then soak it in water for about half an hour;

2. Put the soaked materials into the pot. Do not use an iron pot, a stainless steel pot or a casserole will do. Add 3 times the amount of water and heat over high heat.

3. After the water boils, simmer over low heat. Stir the mixture while simmering to prevent it from sticking to the pot or getting burnt. It usually takes more than 5 hours to simmer.

4. After it is cooked, filter out the residue and set it aside to cool. It can be stored in the refrigerator in summer.

Soapnut Shampoo Formula 3

1. Wash and cut 250g of soapberry, remove the core, wash and remove the core of 250g of soapberry, and then soak 100g of Platycladus orientalis leaves, Polygonum multiflorum, Eclipta prostrata, and Angelica sinensis in rice washing water for a day and a night (use the water three times before cooking rice, and take twice the amount of water; use the rice washing water for soaking once, and use the second water for standby);

2. Put the rice water used to soak the herbs into a pot and boil it. Bring it to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 15 minutes over low heat. Filter and take the water.

3. Add half of the second rice washing water, repeat the first process, and then use the remaining rice washing water to boil for the third time.

4. Pour the filtrate from the third time back into the pot and cook it together with the residue. Boil until the soap beans are rotten, which takes about 20 minutes. When the liquid is relatively thick, cool and filter.

5. Use the final filtrate to prepare the amino acid foaming agent at a ratio of 20%~25% and stir evenly.
