How to make milk and honey handmade soap

Tools/Raw Materials

Glass: Mainly used for stirring raw materials, try to choose heat-resistant utensils (to prevent explosion during the production process)

Glass rod: used to stir the raw materials (can also be replaced by chopsticks)

Mold: For the sake of beauty, you can choose a container with a relatively fixed shape (you can buy soap molds online. If conditions do not allow, you can also choose some simple molds around you, such as milk cartons, plastic trays for biscuits)

Stainless steel container: used to melt the soap base (the size of the container depends on how much you make)

Induction cooker and pot: used for water bath heating (if there is no induction cooker, you can choose other heating methods, such as gas stove, etc.)

Soap base 200g

Sweet almond oil 3ml

2 ml of olive oil (the extra virgin olive oil for cooking in supermarkets is a good choice)

Jojoba oil 1ml

120ml milk

A teaspoon of honey

Methods/Steps

Preliminary preparation: Cut 200g of the prepared soap base into small pieces and put them into the prepared stainless steel container.

Water bath heating: Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot (because it is used to heat the soap base in water, so not too much)

Place the stainless steel container filled with soap base into a pot with water and heat it.

Prepare base oil: Mix 3ml sweet almond oil, 2ml olive oil and 1ml jojoba oil evenly and add to the melted soap base liquid.

Soap liquid: After adding the base oil, add 120ml of milk and a small spoonful of honey (add appropriate amount according to personal preference)

Final step: Stir the mixed soap solution evenly and pour it into the prepared mold. Cool it at room temperature for one hour (depending on the actual situation, you can demould it after the soap solution solidifies)
