How to make eyes bright and energetic

Many people are not satisfied with their eyes. They always feel that their eyes look lifeless and not bright and lively. This will make their whole temperament not so good. So they can make their eyes look better through diet therapy. For example, foods rich in vitamin A are very good for the eyes.

Duck meat, duck eggs, snails, black fish, clam meat, mung bean, lotus root, water chestnut, winter melon, wild rice stem, cucumber, loofah, wolfberry, wolfberry leaf, mint, lettuce, bitter melon, seaweed, bamboo leaf, water shield, banana, pear, persimmon, tangerine, mulberry, etc.

You should eat more foods rich in vitamin A, such as animal liver, kidney, milk, cream, egg yolk, and more green leafy vegetables, carrots, and various fresh fruits that can be converted into vitamin A.

If vitamin A is deficient for a long time, the corneal epithelial cells will be easily damaged due to excessive dryness, and may even cause blindness.

Foods rich in vitamin A include: carrots, yellow and green vegetables, eggs, yellow fruits, spinach, pea sprouts, sweet potatoes, green peppers, cod liver oil, animal liver, milk, dairy products, and cream.

Note: The color depth of fruits and vegetables is not an absolute indicator of how much vitamin A they contain.

Vitamin A nutritional supplements

There are two types of vitamin A supplements. One is extracted from cod liver oil; the other is water-soluble, taken from acetate or palm oil, and is most suitable for people who are allergic to oils, especially those who are troubled by acne. The general daily intake is 5000 to 10000 IU

Retin A is now used to treat and eliminate severe wrinkles and can only be purchased with a doctor's prescription.
