Hard pimples on forehead

Hard pimples on forehead

Many people will have acne on their faces, especially after eating some high-sugar and spicy foods, the chance of getting acne will greatly increase. Most people get acne on their forehead. Since the forehead occupies a relatively large area of the face, acne on the forehead is very eye-catching and seriously affects the appearance of the face. So how to get rid of hard pimples on the forehead?

1. What to do if there is a hard pimple on the forehead

Eat more vegetables and fruits rich in vitamins, and less foods containing animal fat and high cholesterol, such as cream, crab roe, offal, bone marrow, etc. Eat less salt. Too much salt will make your skin rough and may also increase blood volume and add burden to the heart. Drink more water to keep the gastrointestinal tract unobstructed and eliminate toxins in the body in time.

Mix two tablespoons of honey and an appropriate amount of salt together and stir in a certain direction. It is best to stir the honey and salt as smooth as possible. Then apply them on the forehead, cheeks, chin and other places, and massage for ten minutes.

Acne on the forehead may be caused not only by excessive oil accumulation, but also by dehydration of the skin. Therefore, after cleansing, it is best to apply hydrating and moisturizing lotion and other follow-up skin care products to your face, and gently massage your nose to allow your face to fully absorb nutrients.

2. If there is a hard pimple on the forehead, pay attention to your bangs

Pay attention to your bangs. Some people like bangs, but if the bangs are not clean, it will irritate the skin on the forehead. Especially when washing your hair, if the shampoo is not rinsed off thoroughly and remains on the bangs, it will irritate the forehead. Therefore, patients with acne on the forehead should be careful of the irritation of bangs and shampoo.

Use running warm water (about 35℃) to rinse off the facial foam. The rinsing time should be no less than 2 minutes to ensure it is rinsed thoroughly.
