1. Pain in the posterior heel is actually pain in the Achilles tendon. The largest tendon in the human body is located behind the heel, which is called the Achilles tendon. The Achilles tendon is very prone to injury because many running and jumping sports, such as basketball, football, and hurdles, will cause chronic injuries to the tendons. It mainly occurs when the Achilles tendon is subjected to too much force during these exercises, which gradually accumulates and causes the quality of the Achilles tendon to deteriorate. Sometimes calcification points will appear inside, and if it continues to develop, the overall quality will deteriorate. During exercise, this kind of chronic partial injury or partial rupture may occur, and if it continues to develop, a complete rupture may occur. Therefore, if you find pain in the posterior heel tendon at an early stage, you should go to the hospital for treatment. Some doctors can detect this pain in the posterior heel tendon through exercise and provide timely treatment.

2. Tendon pain is caused by spasm or cramps in the foot muscles. It is generally believed that cramps may be caused by calcium deficiency, cold, or local compression of the hand nerves and blood vessels. Take appropriate calcium supplements and get more sun exposure. Pay attention to local warmth and sitting and sleeping postures to avoid compression or stimulation of the nerves. You can apply local hot compress and massage to enhance local blood circulation. There are other causes of cramps, such as high fever and epilepsy.

3. Leg and foot cramps may be caused by long-term poor sleeping posture or long-term supine lying with the quilt left outside, and long-term cold stimulation of the feet causing muscle spasms in the feet and cramps. Fatigue, lack of sleep or excessive rest can lead to local accumulation of acidic metabolic substances and can also cause local muscle spasms. Prolonged exercise can cause excessive fatigue in the lower limbs, lactic acid accumulation, and foot cramps. There are many reasons that cause leg cramps and pain, and they need to be treated symptomatically and causally.
