1. Basic prescriptions

(1) Take Liuwei Dihuang Pills on an empty stomach, 10 g each time, 2 to 3 times a day.

(2) Zuogui Pills are suitable for treating various symptoms of yin deficiency, loss of essence and blood.

(3) Dabuyin Pills are suitable for various symptoms of yin deficiency and internal heat.

2. Diet therapy

(1) Mulberry syrup: Add 60 grams of fresh mulberries to two bowls of water and boil until one bowl of water remains. Season with appropriate amount of white sugar or rock sugar, remove the residue and drink the water. Nourishes yin and tonifies kidney.

(2) Stewed Polygonatum with Rock Sugar: Add 30 to 60 grams of Polygonatum and 30 to 50 grams of rock sugar to a bowl of water. Stew for 2 hours. Drink the water. Do this 1 to 2 times a day. Replenish essence and blood.
