Therefore, we should avoid alcohol, tea and other irritating foods, eat regularly, and do not eat too fast.

4. Small bumps appear on the back of children's hands, mostly because their hands come into contact with sand, sewage, and fibers, etc. The scientific name is sand dermatitis. This kind of problem is not a big deal, just apply some anti-allergic medicine such as Wuji ointment; most of them have partial and picky eating habits, so correcting their bad eating habits is the fundamental thing; for example, if they don’t like to eat vegetables, you can give them some vegetable soup, or chop up the vegetables and add them to the food they like to eat;
