In addition, two points should be noted: first, exercise regularly to prevent constipation; second, obese people should plan to lose weight, because obesity will promote the secretion of large amounts of cholesterol and aggravate the condition.

The "five taboos" include: avoid eating foods with high cholesterol, such as animal hearts, livers, brains, intestines, egg yolks, preserved eggs, caviar and chocolate. Fifth, avoid smoking, drinking, coffee, etc. These irritating foods can cause excessive stomach acid, violent contraction of the gallbladder, leading to spasm of the sphincter of the bile duct opening, difficulty in the excretion of bile and sweat, and inducing biliary colic.
