The muscle gain effect of this type of people is relatively slow, and they need long-term fitness training and nutritional adjustments to change their thin physique. They should pay attention to the diet structure in life, not be picky eaters, eat small meals frequently, avoid staying up late, and develop a regular work and rest time.

1. Fitness training

4. Nutritional guidance

It is very important to arrange a good diet and accurate nutritional supplements. Eat 5-7 small meals a day, every 2.5-3 hours.
