1. Touch your toes

After getting up every morning, you can stretch your back and muscles by touching your toes. Relax yourself by touching your toes first thing in the morning. This will warm up your back muscles. This move can also improve your back posture, allowing you to stand straighter. Raise your arms overhead before bending over to touch your toes. The legs cannot be bent, but the knees can be slightly bent. To finish, raise your hands above your head and tense your spine.

2. Bridge stretch

This movement can improve the flexibility of the back. The bridge stretch is more difficult than touching the toes. Lie flat on your back, then use your hands to grab your ankles from below and lift your buttocks to move your torso, thereby stretching your back.

3. Cobra Back Pull

This movement helps improve the flexibility of the back and relieve back pressure. After sitting for a long time, this movement can help relax the back. Lie flat on the bed, put your hands on both sides of the body, slowly support your torso with both hands, tilt your head back slightly, and use your abdominal muscles as much as possible.

4. Lunge Stretch

This exercise can relax the muscles in the lower back and abdomen. To begin, bend your knees and place your hands on your hips. Keep your knees in line. Step one foot in front of you and push your hips forward. Lift your head and lean your body back slightly. Switch the position of your feet and stretch the other side. Do this stretch before going to bed.

5. Mountain pose in yoga

This exercise can straighten the spine. Start by standing straight and stretching your shoulders back. Tilt your head upward. Yoga helps to straighten your back, which can help push your shoulders back.

6. Pilates

Doing Pilates can improve your strength and flexibility. You can sign up for a Pilates class at a gym or community center. Pilates can help improve your posture and make you look taller. Pilates is faster and more intense than yoga.

7. Swimming

Swimming can stretch the whole body and make you look taller. Swimming can stretch the limbs and back. If you want to choose a low-impact stretching activity, swimming is the best choice. Swimming also reduces stress on your joints.
