The clinical manifestations of lung cancer are difficult to detect in the early stages. Many patients cannot identify the clinical manifestations of lung cancer well and thus delay the treatment of lung cancer. Let's take a look at the early manifestations of lung cancer. Lung cancer is often asymptomatic in its early stages. Almost two-thirds of lung cancer patients are already in the advanced stage (stage III or IV) when they seek medical treatment. 95% of patients have clinical examination results. Primary tumors, metastatic tumors, systemic symptoms or tumor-associated symptoms can all be the patient's first symptoms. The first symptom caused by the primary tumor accounts for 27%. The symptoms are related to the location of the primary tumor. Central lung cancer is manifested by irritating dry cough, breathlessness, repeated pneumonia, hemoptysis or asthma in the same location, recurrent laryngeal nerve, phrenic nerve compression symptoms or superior vena cava compression syndrome. Peripheral tumors are more common in chest pain, breathlessness or pleural effusion. The clinical manifestations of lung cancer are as follows: tumors near the mediastinum may invade the phrenic nerve, causing paralysis of the ipsilateral diaphragm, with elevated diaphragm position and abnormal respiratory movement shown under fluoroscopy; invasion of the ipsilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve, causing hoarseness, paralysis of the ipsilateral vocal cord and fixation in the median position; compression of the superior vena cava, causing edema of the head, face and upper limbs, and venous distension; invasion of the pleura, causing a large amount of bloody effusion in the pleural cavity, aggravating the symptoms of shortness of breath, or directly invading the chest wall, causing severe chest pain; lung cancer at the apex of the upper lobe is located at the entrance of the thoracic cage, also known as superior pulmonary sulcus cancer, which can invade and compress the brachial plexus, cervical sympathetic ganglia, and subclavian artery and vein, producing a series of special symptoms, such as numbness and pain in the ipsilateral upper limb, which gradually worsens and becomes difficult to tolerate; atrophic changes in muscles and skin, venous distension and edema in the upper limbs; and cervical sympathetic nerve syndrome such as ipsilateral ptosis, pupil constriction, enophthalmos, and facial anhidrosis. The above is a summary of the clinical manifestations of early lung cancer. I hope you can go to the hospital for diagnosis in time. Lung cancer http://www..com.cn/zhongliu/fa/ |
