1. With the fast-paced development of modern cities, people are under increasing work pressure, and dinner time is getting later and later. After a day of hard work, dinner is often relatively rich, and people eat too much. After eating, they do not do any exercise and fall asleep immediately. This is an extremely unhealthy lifestyle. These high-fat and high-protein foods cannot be digested in the body, and in the long run, they will greatly increase the incidence of colon cancer.

Second, with the improvement of living standards, people have become more picky and particular about food, eating more and more refined food, and eating less whole grains. A diet low in fiber can reduce the amount of feces and significantly prolong the time it takes for feces to pass through the intestines, which increases the concentration of synergistic carcinogens in feces and significantly prolongs the time they come into contact with the colon mucosa; long-term contact between carcinogens and the colon mucosa may lead to cancer.

3. In daily life, try to avoid smoking and limit alcohol consumption, because long-term smoking and drinking can induce colon cancer, which has been confirmed as a high-risk factor for colon cancer.
