Why can't I make a fist?

Why can't I make a fist?

The inability to clench a fist is usually related to insufficient blood supply. It may also be caused by hypertension. It is also possible that it is caused by high blood lipids or diabetes.

1. Insufficient blood supply: Insufficient blood supply is caused by irregular diet or staying up late for a long time in daily life. As a result, the patient cannot make a fist when the disease occurs, and it may even be accompanied by angina pectoris. In severe cases, it can cause a series of complications such as insufficient blood supply throughout the body.

2. Hypertension: Hypertension is a disease in which the arterial pressure is higher than normal. Most of the time, it is caused by environmental or dietary factors. When the disease occurs, mild symptoms will include headaches and swelling of the neck. As the disease progresses, the hands will become unable to make fists, etc.

3. Hyperlipidemia: Hyperlipidemia is a metabolic disease, which is usually caused by insufficient physical activity or obesity of the patient. It is also possible that hyperlipidemia is caused by long-term smoking or alcoholism, which ultimately leads to the symptom of being unable to make a fist.

4. Diabetes: When diabetes attacks, it will manifest as general fatigue and skin infection, and may even be accompanied by vision changes and polyuria. If glucose tolerance continues to be abnormal and is not treated promptly, the hands may be unable to make a fist.
